Hello, I'm Gelo!

I am a Quezon City-based portrait and event photographer who started this profession as a hobby in 2015. In those times, I never believed myself to be a photographer, In the first place, I wanted to be a filmmaker – telling solemn stories visually that people rarely see. However, to be that, I need to practice photography. I need to frame it before I roll it. I started taking photographs of school events in 2015 and often used them for promotional or educational purposes. I continued the profession in 2017 by joining a multimedia organization inside the school campus; from taking graduation portraits to covering school events. Now, I’m pursuing this as a career but still practicing and learning every day to create a better output for my work.
